Antennas that completed the mechanical design stage would be tested further in a software simulated process. This allows us to theoretically proves its viability and functionality as designed. For this, we chose CST Studio Suite by Dassault Systèmes. It is a high performance 3D electromagnetic simulation and analysis tool.
This software is core for us to simulate antennas we designed in order obtain a theoretical overview of its viability and performance. The data collected would allow us to fine-tuned and optimised to the exact requirements on our initial goal. Once it passes the RF simulation, a working prototype would be built.
