- We are committed to complying with all applicable labour laws in Malaysia, including the Employment Act 1955 and the Minimum Wages Order 2024, which regulate matters relating to wages, working hours, overtime payments and other statutory employment entitlements.
- We are committed to establishing and maintaining a strict prohibition on the recruitment of child labour and to complying with the Employment of Children and Young Persons Act 1966 (Laws of Malaysia) and its amendments.
- We are committed to create and maintain a safe and healthy workplace by preventing injury/accident and ill health and continually to identify, assess and control Safety and Health Hazards via HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control)
- We are committed to comply with applicable legal requirements that related to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) hazards
- We are committed to provide and ensure the workers to wear/use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in protecting them from injury
- We align our Code of Business Conduct & Ethics to comply with Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) Guidance for Responsible Supply Chain Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas or an equivalent
- We are committed to establish and adopt a Management System that is to continually improve its effectiveness and manage in conformance with RBA Code of Conduct and compliance with applicable regulatory and other requirements
